Ed started out with broad-based marketing training in house before becoming a press officer and from there into agency. He has 19 years PR experience.

At Red, he has worked on major consumer brands including Barclaycard, Cadbury, Guinness, Molson Coors, Nike, Nokia, Persil, Samsung, The AA and Yellow Pages. He’s been responsible for a mixture of stand-out creative splashes, sponsorship exploitation, brand building campaigns and ongoing news management. Ed has also brought his consumer experience to bear in the public sector (leading an award-winning campaign for THINK! road safety) and in the healthcare space on behalf of Pfizer.

As Red’s Planning Director, Ed now works across Red’s business, applying strategic thought to drive clear, creative campaigns with a commercial focus.
