Flybe - Brand Awareness
When Red first started working with Flybe back in 2003, the airline was considered Europe’s third largest low-cost carrier with a real desire to take-on the challenger brands such as Easyjet and Ryanair. Flybe wanted to highlight the benefits of regional air travel and stake its claim as the ‘third way’ for air travel, allowing passengers the flexibility of travelling from their doorsteps to destinations across the UK and Europe.
Red helped Flybe to position itself as Europe’s largest regional carrier following the acquisition of BA Connect and assisted with the launch of an industry first eco-labelling scheme, a new Rewards 4 All programme as well as a dedicated Wine Club. We're also used to dealing with over 200 press queries a month and provide 24/7 crisis management.
