One thing everyone here has in common is they work in a successful, friendly, creative PR business in the heart of Soho. A business which has a stupendous track record of career development. Get in touch with Imogen if you’d like more information.

So what’s it like to work at Red?
According to the Media Employer of the Year Award, it’s pretty good. We’ve won the award twice, most recently in 2016.  It’s the UK’s only annual award which recognises media companies’ ability to inspire and develop their staff; those companies which are evolving to adapt to market conditions, demonstrating imaginative ways to motivate and value their staff whilst also still welcoming new talent. Good stuff!

What do I do if I’m interested in joining Red?
Get in touch with Imogen Wierzan, our H.R. Manager. She might suggest you come in for a chat, ask for your CV or set-up a formal interview. Thing is, different opportunities open up almost every week. We win a new account, someone leaves (does happen) or someone is going on maternity leave. It all starts with a chat and we go from there.

We look forward to maybe meeting you to see if we have a future together.

Training & Development

We’re committed to developing our people through the ranks. REDucation is our annual training programme run by Red Board Directors and external specialist trainers featuring 26 sessions tailored to the development needs of each role.

Red Hot Seats educate and inspire through talks from industry insiders – from PR supremo’s and media outlets to some of the UK’s most famous broadcasting faces.  And all development is supported by a robust appraisal process.

Rewards & Recognition

Our guys work at the top-of-their-game and we regularly recognise their effort and achievements. With quarterly Team Awards and individual Merit Awards there are plenty of opportunities to shine.  A little R & R also goes a long way so we have a free in-house bar on Thursdays and Fridays; a league-winning football team; legendary Summer and Christmas parties and not forgetting free ice-creams during the summer! And if it’s your birthday, then enjoy a two hour lie-in and bottle of champagne on us.

We also offer the kind of benefits you would expect from a top employer including life assurance, pensions, private healthcare, interest free season-ticket loans and sabbaticals.

Graduate Programme

Our annual graduate programme seeks to find the next generation of PR stars. We look for talent from all backgrounds and disciplines and formal PR experience is not a prerequisite. Passion for PR and the raw skills that are the building blocks for a comms career are just as important.

We’re committed to nurturing potential, honing raw talent and allowing careers to grow, so our graduates benefit from a dedicated training programme to build core PR skills. As well as on-the-job learning with some of the best PRs in the business.
