Re-imagining Shakespeare with Adobe
Following the recent launch of Huawei’s flagship device, the P20 Pro, Red Consultancy organised a photography masterclass to showcase the cutting edge camera facilities of the device and sustain media buzz.
Competition winners were invited to the iconic OXO Tower in London for a once-in-a-lifetime photography session hosted by world renowned lifestyle and fashion photographer Alex Lambrechts who was joined by supermodel and photographer Helena Christensen, a brand ambassador for the P20 Pro, to provide the perfect subject for the budding photographers against the stunning London backdrop.
We worked closely with our own photographer, gathering a series of beautiful shots of Helena with carefully placed branding to ensure key messaging wasn’t lost while retaining editorial credibility. A short interview session was also held after the masterclass which welcomed titles such as The Observer, Metro, Press Association, Bang Showbiz and Evening Standard. Plus Helena shared her own images shot on the P20 Pro on her social channels reaching 327,000 followers.
Quick and efficient talent-handling meant fast approval of images, allowing photography to be issued on the wire immediately and shared with the team back at base who jumped into action on a wide-scale sell-in to secure additional coverage. What in reality was just two hours of access to Helena was used to its maximum potential by the team, resulting in 183 pieces of coverage with an associated reach of almost 600 million.
