Manufacturing of the  Future

The UK is facing a major skills crisis in STEM related careers. As a large employer, BAE Systems plays a major role in helping to attract more youngsters into manufacturing.

Using the A-level results announcement as a hook, we worked with BAE System’s chief visionary to predict a list of top manufacturing careers of the future, particularly those working alongside robot colleagues.

This was supported by stats on how young people believe their future jobs do not yet exist, along with visual assets and apprentice interviews.
