During the pandemic many people struggled to getting refunds. To highlight how Visa protects customers we launched the ‘UnRefundables’.
The aim was to educate customers on chargebacks, offering tools and tips to get their money back, whilst positioning Visa as a supportive partner to the industry.
Partnered with personal finance expert, Jasmine Birtles to provide digestible and relatable advice about how chargebacks work, which was used on Visa’s educational hub as well as her own advice pages.
Contributed to the success of a wider integrated campaign.
Coverage in national, regional and trade publications and broadcast, with 58 articles and 15 radio appearances.
