Specifically on someone’s chances to land their first job, progress throughout their career, or affect their ability to reach seniority or management positions – with a particular focus on Black and South Asian women.
We partnered with the Diversity Trust to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to glean the views and experiences of Black and South Asian women, and create actionable advice for employers, so businesses can recruit inclusively and create a fair, thriving workforce.
